I met Stephen on a chance encounter when I sold something on a yard sale site to his wife and he had the been the one I had met up with. He came in his work vehicle and I had asked him about his business and that my husband and I had been planning to replace our windows in our home and although we didn’t know when we would make the expense I was still keeping a look out. He gave me his card told me to call him when we were ready. No pushy sales pitch no harassment that you sometimes see from those big names. Fast forward we were thinking about getting ready I looked up his website checked reviews and gave him call. Again not once did I feel I was getting pushed into a big purchase, we scheduled a time to meet and as planned he arrived on time and ready to hear what we wanted.

Our house was built in the 70s and had those windows you change from season to season or are “supposed” to, they were very drafty where we froze even if the thermostat said 73 degrees. After telling Stephen what we wanted with the windows he quoted us a fantastic price lower than we had expected (the big name pushy people had gave us mush higher quotes) He even helped us get the financing needed and then a month later (so long due to the holidays) we are sitting in our house with new windows, the thermostat set at 69 degrees and we are NOT cold.

If you have made it with me this far and I hope you have please hear me as I scream from the roof tops that if you are needing your windows replaced Stephen and his team are the ones to do it. They were all kind, courteous, they cleaned up any mess they made (and honestly I never saw a mess anywhere). Stephen knows his windows, gives a fair price has a great attitude and is genuine. So many times my husband heard sales people basically threaten us to buy from them but you do not and will not get that from Stephen.

First reason I chose him was because he was local, second reason was because of his personality, third was because you really got the feeling that he's honest and trustworthy. The impression we got that day was great, he seemed like a very trustworthy guy who honestly wants to do a great job and build a great customer base. We purchased 7 windows for a great deal. They offer their own financing which is very nice. Installation day came about a month later; they had a busy schedule after the home show. The two installers, Tom and Chuck, were super friendly and wow, they were good at their job. They were efficient, fast, professional, friendly and they never made a mess. I shared some venison summer sausage with them for lunch, which brought large smiles to their faces, and they got everything done and cleaned up in about 6-7 hours. As they were packing up my old windows, Stephen showed up to inspect the work and make sure we were very happy with his service. I've dealt with contractors before and most leave a lot to be desired. I just wish more contractors operated their business like this one. We are very happy. Unfortunately, now my wife says everything else on the outside of the house needs to be replaced to match the nice new windows...

Recently we had a big exterior renovation job done by a highly recommended local contractor that went south very quickly. Needless to say we were very disappointed and didn’t exactly know what to do about getting everything redone correctly. Then came along Stephen, he listened to our nightmare of a story, assessed our situation, gave me a quote & timeline the next day. So the day comes that everything was supposed to get started. Chuck, Tom & crew were here first thing in the a.m. Supplies had been delivered 2 days prior so these guys were were ready to rock. Chatted with the guys for a few before leaving for work...btw they are GREAT guys. So I get home for lunch and noticed a difference in my siding as I’m driving down the road at 40mps. I would first just like to start off by saying that Steven and his Crew has done a wonderful job on our brand new fence from start to finish. The first day they arrived they demolished our old rotted fence and hauled it away and then began to create the new holes for the new posts. I will also say that the wood that was used and the posts where much more then I could have asked for with it being much stronger and much better looking wood. Also I had shopped around to a lot of different contractors but I will have to say when he showed up the first day and told us what we needed and told us that he stands by his fences I would already sold without even knowing the price. Then he gave us the quote and lets just say it was less than half of what I was originally expecting to pay. I have sense then asked him to give me ideas on my deck and he is currently working up 3 quotes with different options I can do. I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart from my family to you what an amazing professional job you have already completed for us and look forward to many more projects down the road!
